At Onewheel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride; however, if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for unused boards and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to board returns and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official Help Center to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Secure the Goods
Pack your items securely in the original Onewheel shipping box and include all original components, manuals, and chargers to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable postage to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
