How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions. The Onewheel GT offers up to 20-32 miles per charge, while the Pint X provides 12-18 miles, depending on rider weight and terrain.
What is your shipping policy for new boards?
We ship via major carriers within the continental United States and to select international locations. Most in-stock boards ship within 2-3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your Onewheel leaves our factory.
Do Onewheels come with a warranty?
Yes, every new Onewheel is covered by a limited warranty. This includes 12 months or 2,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) for the board components, and 6 months for the battery pack.
Is it difficult to learn how to ride?
Most riders get the hang of it within 15 minutes. The board uses sophisticated internal sensors to balance you, making the learning curve much shorter than traditional boardsports.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Please note that once a board has been ridden, it is no longer eligible for return due to safety regulations.
Can I fly with my Onewheel?
The Onewheel Pint is equipped with a 148Wh battery, which may be allowed on some airlines with prior approval. However, the Onewheel GT and XR batteries exceed the 160Wh limit set by the FAA and cannot be taken on commercial flights.
